Hello, I'm Patricia. As a freelance consultant, I support cultural institutions and non-profit organisations in communicating in a low-threshold manner and in developing accessible marketing, so they can successfully attract new target groups.
To this end, I offer talks and individually tailored workshops in German and English, like at the Connected Audience Conference 2025 in Berlin. Further references include the Audience Success Conference 2025 and the Stuttgart State Opera (with a workshop in 2025 based on an individual analysis of their marketing). I also develop concepts and recommendations for addressing more diverse audiences, e.g. based on (non-)visitor surveys or interviews—connecting the dots from audience insights to action.
Short bio: Originally, I am a data-driven marketing and project manager in the cultural and non-profit sectors; past work stations include the Deutsches Theater Munich, an Off-Broadway musical production company in NYC, and the Sydney Opera House (Opera Australia). I teach cultural marketing and audience research at LMU University in Munich. I completed my doctorate on audience development, conducting a three-stage mixed-method audience study.
